Here's what our top users do:
For example, instead of searching "product manager", just search "product".
You'll turn up rarer titles like "product ninja" and "product lead" — titles that don't have "product manager" in them.
You can even try fragments of a word. For example, if you’re a microbiologist, you might just search “biolog” so you turn up jobs with both “biologist and biology” in the title.
For example, if you're searching "software engineer," you might also search:
Some jobs are missing data. Too many filters (salary, years of experience, etc.) can screen out jobs that actually fit.
Stick to the defaults unless you're overwhelmed with results.
By default, Warmer Jobs shows one matching job per company so you don't get overwhelmed. But if a job isn't a fit, there might be others that are.
Uncheck "One Job Per Company?" in "Advanced Filters" to see everything that matches.
